I have visited the store personally and ordered online. Friendly staff and quick with shipping. They finally updated their website which was a long pending upgrade. Keep it up !

I'm very dissatisfied. I decided to purchase an expensive panel for almost $150 and the first time I played the rubber was damaged in two places. I called customer service and they said it's nothing they can do I have multiple paddles before for years and I play every day and first time it happens.

Gibson was amazing helping me choose a setup as a beginner. He was patient, kind, and asked all the right questions. He explained everything in detail in a simple way and guided me to the right choices. The shipping is quick. Thanks

The Absolute Best in Table Tennis! (Top-Tier Products & Service) I want to express my sincere appreciation for Paddle Palace. They are truly the best table tennis product producers, consistently providing fast shipping and getting equipment out faster than anybody else. Their products are phenomenal, and their customer service has always been smooth and attentive—they even called ahead previously to ensure a racket was prepared exactly as I wanted it. I have spent close to $1,000 with them recently because their products are great. I coach in Morrisville, Vermont, and I send all my students and close friends to Paddle Palace because they are super reliable. A Note on Shipping: Unfortunately, my last order was ruined due to the carrier's negligence (FedEx) after they left the package in the snow for a long period of time. This cold-induced damage led to the complete destruction of my Tenergy rubbers and even chipped my $260 blade. While this was an extremely disappointing situation entirely caused by the carrier, my continued loyalty is a testament to the fact that I trust Paddle Palace and their excellent products. I highly recommend them for all table tennis needs. Bradley Coolum

Very disappointed when received this Paddle. Paddle Palace did terrible assembly job on assembly the sheets as they overcut the rubber sheet which made the paddle look terrible. I called and didn't get any resolution for the poor job they did. I will never do business with the scam owner again as all those web reviews were not correct On the other side, Sean kept saying they did acceptable job on assembly. If that was paddle palace standard, it would be very low. Please look at the Viscaria CS paddle I got from Megaspin and it was what I expected perfect cut as well as they use original blade's edge tape instead of Paddle Palace edge tape.
